AgentPrinter and the alternatives: Lob, PostGrid, Click2Mail
The short answer. To mail one letter, or a few, with no account, use AgentPrinter: $1.99 for a 1-page letter and $1.49 for a postcard, paid by card through a link, with no sign-up, no API key and no monthly fee.
To send mail often from your own software, open an account with Lob or PostGrid: a letter is about $1.06 on their free plans, about half of our price. To mail one piece to a long list, Click2Mail's price falls with quantity.
All four print a document and put it in the US mail for you. They differ in what you must set up first, and in what one piece costs when you send only one.

Which one to pick
- One letter, now, with no account: AgentPrinter. It is also the one to give to an AI agent that must not hold an API key or a card: the agent gets a pay link, and a person pays.
- Mail every week from your own software: Lob or PostGrid. You need an account and an API key, and a 1-page letter then costs about half of ours.
- Something we do not send: Lob and PostGrid have Certified Mail, checks and larger postcards, and Click2Mail has certified letters and many more formats. All three have Standard Class. AgentPrinter sends First Class letters and 4×6 postcards to US addresses only.
- The same piece to hundreds of addresses: Click2Mail. Its price falls with quantity, and it has address lists and mail merge. AgentPrinter takes one piece for each request and has no address lists.
