When Click2Mail is the better choice
- You mail the same piece to hundreds or thousands of addresses. Its price for each piece falls with quantity, and ours does not.
- You need a format we do not print: a legal-size letter, a reply envelope, a larger postcard, or a certified letter.
- You want to order on a web page, not through an API.
- You need Standard mail, or mail to another country.
When AgentPrinter is the better choice
- You need to mail one letter today and you have no account with anyone.
- An AI agent or a script does the sending, and you do not want to give it an API key or a stored card. It gets a pay link, and a person pays.
- You want to see the exact PDF and the price before you pay.
- You want one API call for one letter. Click2Mail's API guide has a step each for the credit, the document, the address list, the job and its submission.
Worth knowing
- The single-piece prices are estimates from the calculators on Click2Mail's product pages for one piece: a 1-page letter in a #10 window envelope with the address on a separate page, First Class, and a 4.25×6 postcard printed in color on both sides, First Class. Other choices give other prices.
- AgentPrinter is not a Click2Mail product and has no connection with Click2Mail.
